Well. tetibe saje nak share something yg gives us benefit , especially to people yang nak berdiet. yana memang tak de la nak diet. But , I need to check my cholestrol level coz one of my housie , si yuyue ni gi cek lak cholestrol die. and she said that yg optimum ialah pada kadar 5.2. But , her result was 6. And now, her dinner adalah oat + potatoes + salad. Hamek ko !

Ni pon based on my reading of Mingguan Wanita. style makcik2 da bace magazine camtu. haha. just ignore that feeling becoz many tips about life + health and some other issues yang akan membuka mata anda yg sepet tu ( nak mention diri sendiri.. haha )
First, APPLE !
It gives us hormon GLP-1 yg function die adalah untuk send signal to otak and tell us :
" Perut anda dah kenyang. Stop it! kalau tak stop , anda akan gemok ! "
haaa.. then , teros stop. bagus kan? hehe. makan epal yg saiz die medium 15 minutes before you have a meal untuk mengekang nafsu makan. Hebat... Hebat... Hebat...
Second, CILI MERAH.
Dietition mentioned yg dis kind of vegetables ( sayur rupenye ) ada capsaicin. It helps to gives us rasa panas + pedas = lapar berkurang + add more energy. Lama weh tak buat equation !
RUMPAI LAUT yg macam agar2 tu. Mampu menghalang kelaparan sebanyak 30% and terus berasa kenyang sehingga waktu siang. Biaselah mende yg ade serat semulajai ni kan? haha.
Anyone yg suka TEH HIJAU sila teruskan ya. Hobi minum 3-6 cawan per day will helps our body to burn up energy until 40%. Add on with kadar pembakaran lemak berlebihan. Awesome right?
Besides that, EGG becoz from research yg dibuat by Jurnal American College of Nutrition, makan 2 biji telur for breakfast will makes us tak lapar until lunch. So, takdelah pegi pantry and have a biscuit la and pegi mamak kul 10 pagi.

Patotlah yana pelik housie yana si Alia ni beli LEMON dalam 10 biji tadi. tanye die buat ape lemon banyak tu. she said that yg die wat minum. Fact from I read just now is it slower down kadar penyerapan gula after having a meal and avoid gula darah rendah yg akan membuatkan people eager nak makan lagi and lagi. Ditambah pulak dengan Malaysia yg kaya dengan makanan ni. =p
GARLIC or bawang putih. Ini bukan cerita Bawang Putih Bawang Merah tu ya.. motip? haha. garlic ni merangsang sistem saraf otak untuk bebaskan Adrenalin. Satu hormon yg mempercepatkan kadar metabolisme badan. So, it burns our calories a lot. Subhanallah. Semua yang Allah cipta ni banyak bagi benefits to us. cuma manusia ni je makan fast food banyak2 and it gives us harm. Sobs.

Actually, tadi pegi Tesco kejap untuk membeli bahan2 nak masak esok nye. coz tomorrow is my off-day! kalau da off day memang tahap kemalasan untuk turun ke bawah membeli lunch adalah tinggi. So , just prepare and buy something yang boleh dimasak at home for lunch. wewewe.
As usual have a chat with my housie yang nak tunang dis November , and she tells me about her date , hantaran and tarikh khawin sume. Yana? tak pikir lagi tu sume even nak pakai color ape. Now, da tengah bulan September. Memang malas nak pikir punye orang. haha. Kalau orang lain da siap bizi da prepare sana sini. Lucky for me coz dapat family yang simple je fikir. Yg yana gi survey sekarang adalah barang2 rumah. macam mesin basuh , peti ais tu sume. tah pape tah. Macam ade kesengalan lak di situ.. haha. Just praying for my happiness ya.
